1. Purpose

Mane is a mobile app that provides, based on your photos and answers, recommendations for cuts, colors and care, virtual try-ons and AI-generated analyses. These terms govern your use of the app.

2. Using the app

You agree to use Mane fairly and to upload only photos you have the rights to. In particular, you agree not to upload photos of other people without their consent, nor any illegal, offensive or infringing content.

3. Nature of the results

Try-ons, scores, diagnoses and recommendations are AI-generated estimates, provided for guidance to help you decide. They do not constitute professional hairdressing, dermatological or health advice, and come with no guarantee of results.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Mane offers limited free access and paid subscriptions granting a defined number of image generations (try-ons) per period.
Payments are processed by Apple's App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refund terms are Apple's. Unused image credits within a period are neither transferable nor refundable, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its brand, design and content are protected. You keep the rights to your own photos. By using them in the app, you authorize their technical processing by our providers for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Mane running smoothly, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Some features rely on third-party providers (AI, payment) and may change or be temporarily unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mane cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the app's recommendations, nor for indirect damages related to its use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action. You may also use consumer mediation.
